laser printer, laser fax, or multifunction service and repair. More
commonly known to boost the efficiency of many IT departments and promote
closer focus and attention to other IT functions, our PartnerIT program has
become a terrific compliment to many organizations' help desks.
Through our PartnerIT program, we help develop flexible service plans custom
tailored to address the immediate as well as the future growing service
needs of our clients. The uniqueness of our PartnerIT program is the
ability of our clients to receive all inclusive print output management
services through our web-based interactive site, creating greater efficiency
and manageability for our clients.
A popular feature of our PartnerIT program is the ability of our clients to
manage their laser printers through detailed reports. From the very
beginning of working with All Ribbons Express Network, a new client will develop a
history of their account. Everything laser printer related such as toner
cartridge orders, frequency of service calls, to semi-annual printer page
counts are all recorded and documented into one of our client's PartnerIT
management reports. Clients are then able to analyze their specific PM
Reports, Repair History Reports, and Print Usage Reports to help forecast
budgets, plan for future growth, or implement a refresh in technology, all
based on the history of their account.
